LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (2A):

Disposal of open space land comprising Queen Mary’s Park, Kenny Drive, Carshalton SM5 4PH

NOTICE IS GIVEN under section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Sutton of Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA intends to dispose by way of the grant of a wayleave of open space land at Queen Mary’s Park, Kenny Drive, Carshalton SM5 4PH. The wayleave is for a new fibre cable to be installed by a code operator. Plans showing the area of land in question may be inspected at London Borough of Sutton, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SM1 1EA. Alternatively, a copy may be requested by e-mail from asset.management@sutton.gov.uk.

Representations in respect of this proposal should be made in writing and addressed to: asset.management@sutton.gov.uk by no later than 12 noon on 23 August 2026.
