NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Suffolk Council intends to grant a deed of easement between West Suffolk Council (Grantor) and the Trustees of the Vestey 1993 Settlement (Grantee) care of Estate Office, Wratting Road, Thurlow, Haverhill CB9 7LQ giving the Grantees rights of entry on the land shown edged red on the attached plan numbered ‘1’ and a right to construct a pipe and foul sewer on the strip of land, the approximate route of which is shown on the attached Plan numbered ‘2’ and coloured yellow and purple therein, along with additional rights as are necessary to facilitate the construction of the Pipe and Foul Sewer.”

Nature of the proposed easement - The proposed easement is for the installation and use of foul and surface water drainage, including the installation, retention, inspection, maintenance, repair, renewal and replacement of drainage apparatus within a defined strip of land, together with all rights reasonably incidental to those purposes.
Effect on public use - The local authority is satisfied that the grant of the easement will not materially interfere with the use or enjoyment of the Land by the public and that the Land will continue to be available for public use as open space.
Documents available for inspection - A copy of the proposed deed of easement and a plan showing the location and extent of the easement are available for inspection:
- at West Suffolk House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds. IP33 3YU
- during normal office hours, and
- for a period of not less than 21 days from the date of this notice
Objections - Any person wishing to object to the proposed grant of the easement should submit their objection in writing, stating the grounds on which it is made, to:

Such objections must be received no later than 21 days from the date of this notice.
