SECTION 123 Local Government Act 1972
Notice is hereby given under the above legal provision that Rochford District Council intends to dispose of three parcels of land edged red on the plan, comprising the tennis court, storage unit area and pavilion at Great Wakering Recreation Ground.
The proposed disposal is by way of a lease to ATF Southend, for a term of twenty-eight years beginning on and including 3 August 2023.
If there are any objections they should be sent to the Council at the address given below within 14 days from the date of this notice. The Council will consider any objections.
