If you have not recently been contacted but believe you have an entitlement to any benefit from, or an interest in the Fund as described above whether in respect of your own or any other person’s membership, you are required to send details in writing by 30 September 2026 of your claim or entitlement (including you full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance Number, details of the period of employment to which your claim relates (where relevant) and the full name of the pension scheme). This deadline is at least two months from the date of publication of this notice.
Details of your claim or entitlement should be sent to the current administrators of the Fund as follows: Aptia UK Limited, Maclaren House, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0FP, or by web: https://pensionuk. aptia-group.com/aptia. Benefits will be provided only to those persons whose valid claims and entitlements the Trustees have received notice of and they will not be liable to or in respect of any other person of whom they were unaware.
Anyone who has already been contacted by the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
