Notice is hereby given, that Andrew McGill and Christopher Tate of Azets, 6th Floor Bank House, Cherry Street, Birmingham B2 5AL have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Club by Court Order.

Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Club are required, on or before 28 August 2026 to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Liquidators at Azets, 6th Floor Bank House, Cherry Street, Birmingham B2 5AL. If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidators consider is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim. Notice is hereby given that current Members of the Club are required on or before 28 August 2026, to notify the joint liquidators of their position as a current Member of the Club.
