Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 This notice is addressed to current and former employees of Svitzer Marine Limited, Adsteam UK Limited, Howard Smith UK Limited and their subsidiaries and predecessor companies and the spouses, partners, children and dependants of such current and former employees.

The above named occupational pension scheme started to wind up on 19 June 2026. If you think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme and have not recently received correspondence about the Scheme, please contact the Trustee of the Scheme by writing to: David Noakes, Svitzer Marine Limited, Tees Wharf, Dockside Road, Middlesbrough, TS3 6AB.

You should include details of your current address and of any benefits you think you are entitled to. You should provide this information no later than two months after the date on which this notice is published, after which the Trustee will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
