PUBLIC NOTICE

SECTION 123 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that THREE RIVERS DISTRICT COUNCIL (the ‘Council’) intends to dispose of an area of public open space being land at Leavesden Pavilion and Football pitches to Evergreen FC by way of the grant of leasehold interests up to a term of 25 years. The area of open public space to be disposed of measures 14,327sq m.

The Notice and plan showing the approximate position of the affected land will be available for inspection at Three Rivers House and on the council’s website at www.threerivers.gov.uk

Any objections or representations regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to: Mr Ben Huggins, Three Rivers House, Northway Rickmansworth WD3 1RL no later than 5pm on 27 August 2026. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
