The Roxboro UK Pension Fund

In line with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended), the Trustee confirms that the benefits held in the Roxboro UK Pension Fund (the Fund) will shortly be insured with an insurance company.

To make sure the correct benefits are insured, the Trustee needs to trace any current or former members of the Fund, as well as anyone claiming to be a beneficiary (whether as a member, widow, widower or other dependant of a member or otherwise).

If you’re already receiving a pension from the Fund or you’ve been contacted by the Trustee in the last two years, you don’t need to do anything and can ignore this notice.

If you aren’t currently receiving a pension from the Fund and believe you’re entitled to benefits, please contact us in writing at Pension Administration, Barnett Waddingham LLP, Decimal Place, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5FG or roxboro@barnett-waddingham.co.uk no later than 30 September 2026. You’ll need to include your full name, current address, National Insurance number, confirmation of the benefits you believe you’re entitled to and copies of any evidence confirming your entitlement.

Eligible members would have been an employee of Dialight Europe Limited, Dialight BLP Limited, BLP Components Limited, Belling Lee Limited, Belling & Lee Limited, Cambridge Electronics Industries plc and the Roxboro Group Limited.
