RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME (THE "SCHEME") NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Greggs 1978 Pension Scheme Trustee Limited (the "Trustee") hereby gives notice for the purpose of Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme is in the process of being wound up and that its assets will be distributed.
The Trustee wishes to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme and have not received correspondence from the Trustee regarding their benefits being insured with an insurer.
The Trustee requests that any such person should contact the Greggs Pensions Team, Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8BU, final.salary@ greggs.co.uk, 0191 281 7721.
If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, you do not need to write to the Trustee as it already has full details about your entitlements.Your claim must arrive on or before 2 months from the date of this notice, at which time this notice shall expire. Claims arriving after 28th September 2026 will not be accepted and the Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the expiry date of this notice.
