Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The County of Herefordshire District Council intends to enter into a Lease with Copse Leisure Trust Limited of the playing field lying to the east of the C1095 road leading from Weobley to Hereford at Burghill Herefordshire.
Copies of plans showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the office of Herefordshire Council Plough Lane Hereford HR4 0LE. They can also be inspected on the Councils website at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/ any objections regarding the intended disposal can be made in writing to David Micah, Commercial and Investment Officer Herefordshire Council, P O Box 4 Plough Lane Hereford HR4 0LE or by email to sh_propertyinformation@herefordshire.gov.uk no later than 17th August 2026.
