Dorset Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of an area of land which consists or forms part of an areas of deemed open space. The land to be disposed of, by way of Leasehold transfer is:
Land at Worgret Road (former Wareham Middle School, Wareham, also known as: Recreation Ground Worgret Road. Part of Land Registry Title number DT361547.
It is proposed that the land to be transferred, having an area of 3.62 hectares or thereabouts, is to continue in its current use as public open space.
Plans showing the area of land intended for disposal (outlined in red) can be inspected at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ between the hours of 9:00am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday. The plans are also available online at the following address: https://www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/properties-for-sale Objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, no later than 12 noon on 31 August 2026 and addressed to the Legal Property Business Partner, Legal Services, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ or by email to legal-admin-requests@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk

The land to be disposed of, by way of a freehold transfer to Okeford Fitzpaine Parish Council is: (1) Land to the rear of The Cross, Okeford Fitzpaine DT1 0RF, having an area of approximately 0.685 acres (0.28 hectares).
A plan showing the area of land intended for disposal can be inspected at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ between the hours of 9:00am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
