To hold a public local inquiry into the Order
The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the footpath from: the SW side of Sling Lane (County Road U41010) at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR): SO 8732 5917. The right of way is the full width between boundaries and proceeds in a SSW direction for 27m on a narrow, turf/earth path, between residential properties with a minimum width of 0.9 m, to OSGR SO 8731 5914. Here, the path continues with a width of 1m in a SSW then W direction, for 18m to meet the SE edge of the Fernhill Memorial Hall car park at, OSGR SO 8730 5913. With a width of 2m, the route crosses the open tarmac surface of the car park, in a generally W direction, for 34m to OSGR SO 8726 5914. The route then turns in a NNW direction, past Fernhill Heath Memorial Hall, for 63m to meet the SE edge of the public highway (A38, Droitwich Road) at OSGR SO 8723 5920.
