What is happening?

Heart of The South West Trading Standards Service is issuing a Special Safety Certificate to Newton Abbot Racecourse TQ12 3AF in relation to: Music Event 15 August 2026.
The Certificate is being issued under Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 and Safety of Sports Ground Act 1975 and follows advice from the Safety Advisory Group for the ground and amended operational plans which detail the precautions to be taken.
The Certificate is available to view by contacting Trading Standards at tradingstandards@devon.gov.uk or the call centre on 0345 155 1015.
