DECLARATION OF SPROUGHTON LOCAL

NATURE RESERVE PARISH OF SPROUGHTON

COUNTY OF SUFFOLK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 19 of the above-mentioned Act that by the Local Nature Reserve Declaration 2026.

1, made on the day of 28/05/26 16.5 hectares or thereabouts situation in the Parish of Sproughton in the County of Suffolk and shown shaded on the plan attached to the said Declaration is the subject of an Agreement entered into with the Council under the Section 21 (1) of the above-mentioned Act and that the said land is being managed as a Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of Babergh District Council at Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX from Monday to Friday inclusive during the normal office hours. The plan can also be viewed on our website via the following link:
