Local Government Act 1972 – Section 123 (2A)

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that North Yorkshire Council intends to dispose (by way of freehold sale) of land to the frontage of 22 Heath Crescent, Bradley (the land). In accordance with the provisions of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council will consider any objections to the proposed disposal of the land which are to be received within 14 days of the date of the first publication of this notice and which are addressed to: Mr Tom Ireland, Estates Surveyor, North Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Northallerton DL7 8AD or by email to estatesteam@northyorks.gov.uk Any objections or representations made within the time set out in this notice will be considered by the Council before a decision is made. A plan of the proposed area can be made available upon request by emailing the address above or by telephoning 01609 535714.
