West Middlesex Golf Course, Greenford Road, Southall, UB1 3EE ("the Property")
Notice is hereby given under section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Ealing intends to dispose of land at West Middlesex Golf Course, Greenford Road, Southall - by entering into an option agreement and grant of 2 short term leases of parts of the Property.
A plan clearly identifying the parts of the Property affected by the proposed disposals can be obtained, together with further information by sending an email request to "LegalPropertyTeam@Ealing.gov.uk"
Any objections about the proposed disposals should be sent in writing by e-mail to "LegalPropertyTeam@Ealing. gov.uk" or by post to Legal Services, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL, quoting reference "Legal/PA/8735569" by no later than 11.59pm 5th August 2026. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
