Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that GE Aerospace Pension Trustees Limited (the “Trustee”), the trustee of the GE Capital Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”), has transferred all known member and beneficiary interests under the Scheme to the GE Aerospace Pension Plan and is planning to wind up the Scheme.

The Trustee has corresponded with all known members of
the Scheme, and all known member and beneficiary interests have been transferred. If you received such correspondence, you do not need to take any action in relation to this Notice.

All creditors, members and others who believe that they have an entitlement, interest, claim against or beneficial interest in the assets of the Scheme are required to send particulars in writing of such claim or interest (together with full name, present address, date of birth and National Insurance Number) by 30 September 2026 to the below address marked for the attention of:

GE Aerospace Pension Trustees Limited, GE Capital Pension Scheme, c/o Andrew Timms, Aon, Pinehurst II, 2 Pinehurst Road, Farnborough Business Park, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7BF. After this date, the Trustee will complete the process of transferring the remaining assets of the Scheme to the GE Aerospace Pension Plan and winding up the Scheme.

The Trustee shall then not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the date stated in this notice.
