NOTICE OF FURTHER ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

On 3 June 2026, Cornwall Council of County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY applied to the Secretary of State for Transport under section 6 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 for the above mentioned order under section 3 of that Act.

The draft order makes provision for a proposal to construct a part fixed and part swinging pedestrian bridge over Truro River from Boscawen Park to Lighterage Quay as well as associated works.

The application is subject to an environmental impact assessment and further information is available in relation to the environmental statement which was provided with the application. The further information consists of Appendix 5K to the environmental impact assessment.

A charge may be payable.
