APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE FOR remedial works to the Western Cleddau Bascule Rail Bridge, HAVERFORDWEST

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that M Group Transport (Rail & Aviation) Limited has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence for remedial works to timber and metallic elements of the Western Cleddau bascule rail bridge at Haverfordwest. The works also include clearance of debris and erection of a temporary scaffolding.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing to: Natural Resources Wales, Marine Licensing Team, Welsh Government Offices, Cathays Park, King Edward VII Avenue, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, or e-mail: marinelicensing@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting reference: CML2623.
