Dorset Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of an area of land which consists of forms part of an area of deemed open space.
The land to be disposed of by way of a freehold transfer to Okeford Fitzpaine Parish Council is:
(1) Land to the rear of The Cross, Okeford Fitzpaine DT1 0RF, having an area of approximately 0.685 acres (0.28 hectares).
A plan showing the area of land intended for disposal can be inspected at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ between the hours of 9:00am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
The plan is also available online at the following address: www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/planning-permission-for-sale
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, no later than 12 noon on 20 August 2026 and addressed to the Legal Property Business Partner, Legal Services, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ or by email to legal-admin-requests@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk
