PROPOSAL TO PERMANENTLY DISCONTINUE (CLOSE) THE RESIDENTIAL PROVISION AT GREENBANK SCHOOL, NORTHWICH

Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013 that Cheshire West and Chester Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Greenbank School (Greenbank School, Greenbank Lane, Hartford, Northwich, Cheshire, CW8 1LD), to:

• Permanently remove the residential provision at Greenbank School, Northwich from September 2026
