Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dŵr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dŵr (Tynnu a Chronni Dŵr) 2006 fod cais wedi cael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Owen Renewables Ltd am drwydded lawn i dynnu dŵr o Afon Gwynant yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SH 67964 16962 yng Nghoed y Gribin, Dolgellau, LL40 1TS. Y cynnig yw tynnu dŵr yn ôl y cyfraddau a’r cyfnodau canlynol i’w defnyddio i gynhyrchu pŵer trydan dŵr: 3,960 metr ciwbig yr awr, 95,040 metr ciwbig y dydd a 34,689,600 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy’r flwyddyn.

Abstraction and Impoundment Water Resources Act 1991
(as amended by the Water Act 2003)


Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Owen Renewables Ltd for a full licence to abstract water from the Afon Gwynant at National Grid Reference SH 67964 16962 at Coed y Gribin, Dolgellau, LL40 1TS. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in hydroelectric power production: 3,960 cubic metres an hour, 95,040 cubic metres a day and 34,689,600 cubic metres a year, all year.

Application is also being made for a licence to obstruct or impede the flow of the Afon Gwynant at the above location. The impoundment licence is to permit changes to an historic weir to control the abstraction and fish bypass.
