NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOCAL INQUIRY
Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine:
Suffolk County Council Parish of Kedington
FP32 DMMO 2024
and
Suffolk County Council Parish of Kedington
FP33 DMMO 2024
and will attend at:
Kedington and District Royal British Legion Hall, Haverhill Road, Kedington, CB9 7NR on 25/08/2026 at 10am to hold a public local inquiry into the orders.
The effect of the orders, if confirmed without modifications, will be to:
(a) adding a footpath from Ordnance Survey grid reference 57037, 24691 (point E) to Ordnance Survey grid reference 57034, 24662 (point F) on the west side of The Cut, as shown on the order map.
(b) adding a footpath from Ordnance Survey grid reference 57038, 24691 (point A) to Ordnance Survey grid reference 57036, 24662 (point D) on the east side of The Cut, as shown on the order map.
