What is happening?

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
TESSENDERLO UK GROUP PENSION SCHEME

The Trustee Directors (“the Trustee”) of the Tessenderlo UK Group Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will be wound up in due course.

The Trustee of the Scheme wishes to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme or have any other claim against, or interest in, the Scheme.

If you have already received an announcement from the Trustee, Tessenderlo Holding UK Limited or PB Gelatins UK Limited regarding the winding-up of the Scheme, you do not need to take any action as the Trustee already has full details of your benefits in the Scheme.

Any other persons should write to the Trustee of the Scheme at the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number, dates of employment and copies of any relevant documentation as appropriate:

Any claim must be registered with the Trustee by 19 September 2026.

Once the date specified above has passed, the Trustee will distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustee have not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 19 September 2026.
