What is happening?

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in not less than two months after the publication of this Notice we LRF & ET Heyes intend to make application to
Herefordshire Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Jubilee Park,
Whitchurch, Ross-on-Wye Herefordshire HR9 6DA. A written notice of the
intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the
proposed zoo, has been sent to Herefordshire Council. This may be
inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Herefordshire Council at Plough
Lane, HEREFORD HR4 0LE during normal office hours.
Any person
wishing to make representations about this application must make themin
writing to Licencing, Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane, HEREFORD
HR4 0LE within twenty-eight days from the date of this Notice.
Any person
making a representation must state the general grounds of the comments.
Comments cannot be treated as confidential and should not contain remarks
that might be regarded as offensive or libellous.
