SECTION 123 Local Government Act 1972
Notice is hereby given under the above legal provision that Brentwood Borough Council intends to grant a new lease on the land identified on the attached plan edged red. This will continue to be let to the 3rd Brentwood Scout Group.
The land at King Georges Playing Fields will therefore continue to provide land for sport and recreational activities and/or for community use.
If there are any objections to the said lease such objections should be sent to the Council at the address given below within 14 days from the date of this notice. The Council will consider any objections.
Any objection should be sent to: Assets, Brentwood Borough Council, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, CM15 8AY.
