Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that London Borough of Harrow intends to make a prescribed alteration to Belmont School, Hibbert Road, Harrow Weald, Harrow, HA3 7JT from 01 September 2026.
Harrow proposes to increase special educational need provision by creating an additional 24 places at the school. The school currently has a 12-place provision, the total number of places in the provision will be 36. These places are in addition to the published admission number of 90 places per year group and 630 in total. Total pupil numbers at the school would increase to 666 pupil places. Additional resources and buildings works will be carried out to support the school to meet the special educational needs of the additional pupils.
