APPLICATION TO REGISTER LAND KNOWN AS BRANTWOOD DRIVE GREEN, BOLTON AS A NEW TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN (APPLICATION REF. NO. TVGA 92964)

Notice is hereby given that an Independent Inspector has been appointed by the Borough Council of Bolton as Commons Registration Authority ("the Registration Authority") to prepare a report and recommendation to be considered by the Registration Authority and will attend at: PADERBORN ROOM, BOLTON TOWN HALL, BOLTON, BL1 1RU On 27 July 2026 at 10.00am

(and continuing if necessary on the subsequent one day)

to hold a non-statutory public inquiry into the application. The application seeks the inclusion in the Register of Town and Village Greens of the land described in the application as Brantwood Drive Green, Bolton.
