Local Government Act 1972 Section 123 PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

1. Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intends, in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to grant a lease to: St Peter's Cricket Club, Preston Park Cricket Pavilion, Brighton, BN1 6LA

A plan showing the locations of the said land is available by request via email amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk.

2. Persons wishing to make representations relating to the said proposals should make them in writing to the Head of Estates, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ -ref. Margo Burkiewicz, Estates Surveyor -or by email to amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk to be received no later than noon 20th July 2026.
