Re : Transfer of 2 pieces of lands known as SECTION A OF LOT NO.266 AND THE REMAINING PORTION OF LOT NO.266 BOTH IN D. D. NO. 385, Tai Lam Chung Village, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong (hereinafter called “the said Lands”) owned by WU KAI TSOI TSO (hereinafter called “the said Tso”)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the said Tso has applied to the Tuen Mun District Office for consent to transfer the said Lands to its 2 members, namely, WU KALLUM MICHAEL and WU WAI LUN respectively. However, despite that great majority of the members of the said Tso have signed consent letters to approve the proposed transfer of the said Lands, Tuen Mun District Office takes the view that there is one member, whose name is WU CHI HANG has not yet signed the consent letter. Thus, the said Mr. Wu Chi Hang is so required urgently to sign the consent letter to Tuen Mun District Office for granting the approval and consent for the proposed transfer.
