The County Borough Council intends to lease the playing fields at Oakwood, Pontrhydyfen, Port Talbot, to Pontrhydyfen RFC Limited. The premises consists of open space. A location plan can be inspected at the Civic Centre in Port Talbot. Any objections to the proposal should be sent to the undermentioned (reference RM/D59/3715) to be received no later than 4pm on the 27th July 2026
