The Mayor And Burgesses Of The London Borough Of Sutton - Public Notice - Local Government Act 1972 S 123 (2a) - Disposal Of Land At Belmont Park, Brighton Road, Sutton, SM2 6UA In The London Borough Of Sutton ("the Property")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to s 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON intends to dispose of the above referred Property comprising approximately 3500 square metres by way of the grant of a licence to a company acting on behalf of Network Rail for a term of approximately 7 months or for the duration of the works to be used as a site compound and access to the adjacent railway for construction purposes, to carry out works related to the Levelling Up Fund Programme.

A plan identifying the extent of the Property is available for inspection at: The Council’s Offices, at: Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA.

Any objections concerning the proposal above or any request to inspect the plan should be made in writing and sent to: Christopher Rhodes, Head of Asset Management, Asset Management Team, Resources Directorate, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA, or by email to: asset.management@sutton.gov.uk, quoting ref: - Belmont 001 by no later than midnight on Friday the 17th of July 2026.
