Pension Scheme: The Singapore Airlines Pension & Life Assurance Scheme

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, Capital Cranfield Pension Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), the Trustee of the Singapore Airlines Pension & Life Assurance Scheme ("the Scheme"), hereby gives notice that the Scheme is in the process of being wound up and that its assets will be distributed.

Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee with regard to this matter need not respond to this notice, as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.

The Trustee requests that:
(a) Any former employee of Singapore Airlines Limited or Singapore Airlines Cargo PTE Ltd, who believes that they may be entitled to benefits under the Scheme, or;
(b) If that person is deceased, the spouse or dependent of that person, who in either case is (or thinks that they might be) entitled to benefits under the Scheme, or;
(c) Any other person who believes that they may have a claim against the Scheme;

and who has not received any written communication regarding the winding up of the Scheme, provides details of their membership (including dates of membership, date of birth, National Insurance number, and any other relevant information), interest, claim or entitlement in writing to:

Details must be sent within two months of the date of publication of this notice. After the expiry of the two-month period, the Scheme shall complete the process of winding up the Scheme and its assets will be distributed. The Trustee will only have regard to the claims of which they have received prior written notice of within the two-month period. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the expiry date of this notice.
