NOTICE UNDER PARAGRAPH 6 OF SCHEDULE 15 TO THE FRIENDLY SOCIETIES ACT 1992

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Prudential Regulation Authority for confirmation of the transfer of the engagements of:

Wiltshire Friendly Society Limited (Register no. 746F), whose registered office is at Holloway House, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 0XG, to

The Original Holloway Friendly Society Limited (registered number 145F) whose registered office is at Holloway House, 71 Eastgate Street, Gloucester GL1 1PW.

The transfer is expected to take effect on 1 October 2026, subject to the requirements of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 being fulfilled.

Any interested party may make written representations to the Prudential Regulation Authority and/or give notice of intention to make oral representations to the Prudential Regulation Authority with respect to the application. This includes any person who believes they may be adversely affected by the transfer. Those making representations should state clearly why they claim to be an interested party and the ground or grounds to which representations are directed.

Written representations and notice of intention to make oral representations should be received by the Prudential Regulation Authority, PRA Governance Team, 20 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6DA or, preferably, by email to PRAsecretariat-Representations@bankofengland.co.uk by 7 August 2026.

The Prudential Regulation Authority intends to hear these on 21 August 2026 at a time and place to be determined by the Prudential Regulation Authority. There will be a facility for oral representations to be made remotely.
