BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 - DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council intends to dispose of an interest in land by way of easement of the area of open space land referred to in the Schedule below to the Applicant referred to in the said Schedule.
A copy of the plan showing the location and approximate area of the open space may be inspected during normal office hours at Reception, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be sent in writing to the undersigned (quoting ref: Legal/060935) within 21 days of the first publication of this notice, i.e. by Thursday 23 July 2026.
