NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Poole Harbour Revision Order 2026 was made by the Marine Management Organisation on 30th June 2026 and comes into force on 23rd July 2026. A copy of the Order and the map deposited with it are available at Poole Harbour Commissioners, Harbour Office, 20 New Quay Road, Poole BH15 4AF and may be inspected between 9.00am and 4.00pm. A copy of the Order and the map deposited with it can be obtained from Poole Harbour Commissioners by contacting pooleharbourcommissioners@phc.co.uk or 01202

A copy of the Order and the map deposited with it are available online at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-poole-harbour-revision-order.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
