Notice under Section 123(2A) of the Intended Disposal of Open Space Land

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned Act that Sutton Courtenay Parish Council, the owner of the parcel of land described below which is held and maintained as public open space intends to dispose of an easement over part of the said land to 8, 9 and 10 The Green, Sutton Courtenay to the intent that the parcel of land shall be used as pedestrian access to properties 8 and 9 and vehicular access to property 10

DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND

The area of The Green adjoining properties 8, 9 and 10 The Green containing an area of approximately 48 square metres.

A plan of the land may be inspected at Sutton Courtenay Parish Council, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, Milton, OX14 4RY on Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm.
