NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(1) OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Next Group Pension Plan ("the Plan")

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee of the Plan (the "Trustee") is winding up the Plan. This notice does not relate to the 2013 Next Group Pension Plan.

The Trustee of the Plan wishes to trace any person who is a member or a former member of the Plan, or any other beneficiary or creditor or person having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Plan.

If you already receive a pension from the Plan or if you have already received a communication from the Trustee regarding this matter then you do not need to take any action as the Trustee already has details of your claims and entitlements.

If you believe that you have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from the Plan and have not already been contacted by the Trustee about the wind up of the Plan, please write to the Trustee by 3 September with details of your claim or entitlement (together with full name, address, date of birth, NI number and, if available, dates of employment and copies of any relevant documents) to the Trustee of the Plan, Next Pensions, Next plc, Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT marked for the attention of Next Pension Team. Alternatively, you can send an email to Pensions@next.co.uk

Following the expiry of two months from the date of this notice, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
