LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A) as amended LAND Douglas Road, Newcastle Under-Lyme
Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme intends to grant a lease of Land adjacent at Douglas Road, the whole demise measuring approximately 5.46 square metres (6.53 square yards) of open space. The proposed disposal will be by way of a 20 year lease and the land will be used for the erection of an Air Quality Monitoring Station.
Further information and a plan showing the area (identified edged in red) may be obtained from the Council’s Deputy Chief Executive (Property Section reference JP). Objections to the intended disposal must be in writing and addressed to Council’s Deputy Chief Executive (Property Section reference JP), Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1BL by no later than Friday 31 July 2026
