CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL - LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land known as land being the Otley Road Advertising Hoardings and land to the rear of the hoardings and adjacent to the cricket ground at Otley Road, Baildon, Shipley, BD17 7EP being approximately 1845m2 in size which forms part of land registered with Land Registry under Title No. YY195644 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space being land being the Otley Road Advertising Hoardings and land to the rear of the hoardings and adjacent to the cricket ground at Otley Road, Baildon, Shipley, BE17 7EP that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed on the Council's web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace.

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan. Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference 51186 Otley Road/POS no later than 12 noon on 17 July 2026. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
