SECTION 123 Local Government Act 1972
Notice is hereby given under the above legal provision that Brentwood Borough Council intends to grant a new lease on the land identified on the attached plan edged red. This is being let to Hutton All Saints Scouts.
The land at Hutton Playing Fields adjacent to Wash Road Brentwood will therefore continue to provide land for sport and recreational activities and/or for community use.
If there are any objections to the said lease such objections should be sent to the Council at the address given below within 14 days from the date of this notice. The Council will consider any objections.
