PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 121(2) OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011

The Council of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne acting as Trustee of Armstrong and Hodgkin Charitable Trust gives notice that the charity proposes to dispose by way of lease of the property known as:-

1 & 2 Busy Cottages Jesmond Dene Newcastle upon Tyne

Any member of the public wishing to make representations on the proposed disposal is invited to do so by 31 July 2026.

Representations must be made to Head of Property Civic Centre Barras Bridge Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH by post or by email to jason.birch@newcastle.gov.uk
