DISPOSAL OF LAND FORMING PART OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given that following the expiry of the period stated below, Cheshire West & Chester Borough Council intend to dispose of rights to land at Ludlow Drive Ellesmere Port.
This is for the installation of an Air Quality Monitoring Station and associated rights for parking and the installation of a utility cable. The disposal will be by way of a 20 year lease to the Environment Agency and a wayleave granted to SPEN for the installation of the electricity cable.
A plan of the affected land will be kept at Ellesmere Port Library, Civic Way Ellesmere Port CH65 0BG for the period of 28 days. This is a formal notice given in so far as the above-described parcel of landforms part of a public open space for the purposes of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
Any objections to the proposed disposal may be made in writing to the Head of Legal Services, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA by 30th of July 2026
