LAND AT HASLINGDEN ROAD, BLAKBURN
NOTICE Is Hereby Given under Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to appropriate land at Haslingden Road, Blackburn. The land is to be appropriated for planning purposes pursuant to s226 Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
A plan showing the area of land intended for appropriation (outlined in red) can be provided by email request to BWD.Property@blackburn.gov.uk
