NOTICE is hereby given under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to dispose of Land at Haslingden Road, Blackburn by way of a freehold transfer. The land consists or forms part of an area of public open space.
A plan showing the area of land intended for disposal (outlined in red) can be provided by email request to BWD.Property@blackburn.gov.uk
