SOUTH KESTEVEN DISTRICT COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123(2A) OPEN SPACE LAND

Notice is hereby given that South Kesteven District Council intends to dispose of an area of public open space at Land at St Vincents Close, Deeping St James, Lincs, PE6 8QD.

Disposal will be by way of a freehold transfer to Deeping St James Parish Council. A plan of the land can be viewed at the address below on request.

The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to:- Mr Gareth Dawkins, South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 6TT or  email gareth.dawkins@southkesteven.gov.uk explaining the reasons for your objection.

Your objection should arrive by 24th July 2026
