S37 INTERIM REPORT PUBLICATION
Take notice that under Section 37(1)(b) of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009, East Lothian Council as lead authority hereby gives notice that the Forth Estuary Local Flood Risk Management Plan Interim Report will be published on 25 June 2026. A copy of the report may be viewed at East Lothian Council’s website and a hard copy is available to view at Penston House, Macmerry, EH33 1RD on request at flooding@eastlothian.gov.uk.
