LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 

SCHEDULE 4, SECTION 9 - FEES FOR STREET TRADING CHARGES

The Council has determined that the fees for street trading consents shall be varied as follows:

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 4, Section of the said Act that: With effect from Friday 1st August 2026 the fees shall be:

City Centre Catering
City Centre Catering annual fee (Everyday) £8,480.00
City Centre Catering annual fee (up to 5 days) £6,784.00
City Centre Catering seasonal daily rate
(January - October)
£27.00
City Centre Catering seasonal daily rate
(November - December)
£32.00
Catering Applications outside City Centre
Catering outside City Centre annual fee
(4 or more days)
£3,307.00
Catering outside City Centre daily rate £16.00
Retailers City Centre
