SECTION 123 AS AMENDED BY PARAGRAPH 14 OF PART V OF SCHEDULE 23 TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980
TAKE NOTICE that Wirral Borough Council in pursuance of its powers contained in the above-mentioned Act intends to lease an area of public open space land at a section of the North Wirral Coastal Path, New Brighton containing approximately eight hundred and fifty square metres (850 sqm).
The plan showing the area of public open space land to be leased can be provided by either email on request by emailing enquiriesestatesteam@wirral.gov.uk or by writing to the Director of Property & Investment, Wirral Borough Council, P.O. Box 290 Brighton Street, Wallasey, Wirral CH27 9FQ in either case quoting reference PL/Legal 25546113.
A copy of this Notice and the plan identifying the public open space land can also be viewed at Wallasey Central Library, 17 Earlston Road, New Brighton, Wallasey CH45 5DX.
Any objections to the proposed lease of the public open space land must be in writing and sent either by post to the Director of Property & Investment at the above address quoting reference PL/Legal 25546113 or by email to HRLA-Conveyancing@wirral.gov.uk quoting reference PL/Legal 25546113 by no later than 5:00 pm on 15th July 2026.
