NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HUNTINGDONSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of land currently held as public open space by way of a 99 year lease with Stow Longa Parish Council, who will continue managing the land as public open space.
DECRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
Land at Church Lane, Stow Longa, Huntingdon, being an area approximately 69 square meters ("the Land").
A plan of the Land may be inspected on written request to Open Spaces, Huntingdonshire District Council, contact details below.
NOTES: Any objections to the proposed disposal of the Land must be made in writing and addressed to Open Spaces, Huntingdonshire District Council, Pathfinder House, St Mary's Street, Huntingdon, PE29 3TN (OpenSpaces@huntingdonshire.gov.uk) and also a copy sent to the Legal Department -Property, 3C Shared Services, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6EA (legal@3csharedservices.org.uk) prior to [ a date two weeks following the expiry of the second week of advertising ] giving the reasons for such objection.
